Saturday Craft Day : The Minions

Its the 3rd saturday that me and my daughter are doing this craft day. Samantha is always looking forward to saturday and excited to what we are going to do next.

This week, we're gonna do the minions gang made from empty tissue rolls. We had been saving our empty tissue rolls for weeks already and today we managed to keep eight of them. 

The minions is one of my daughter's favorite movie and doinh this makes her really excited.

What we need:

- empty tissue rolls 

- yellow paper/art paper

- bond paper

- scissors

- pencil

Procedure:

1. Cut the yellow paper in half horizontally, it perpectly fits the empty tossue rolls.

2. Glue the one end of the paper and start rolling to the empty tissue roll until you reach the other end. Do this to the rest of the tissue rolls available.

3. Let is dry for a while while you do the eyes. 

4. Get a used bond paper. Make circles by using five cents. I made fourteen pcs of eyes. By using a black colored pen or permanent marker, make the eyeballs. You can be creative by making those crazy eyes, lazy eyes and sleepy eyes.

5. Glue the eyes to the tissue roll with yellow paper. You should put a mark where will you put it so that the eyes will be in line with the other minions.

6. By using a crayon or color pastel, make the blue jumpers of the minions. It is simply a square and a line. No need for special artistic hands. 

7. Lastly, add hair accents to the minions. 

You can make as many as you want! Well that's what the minions are, they are numerous. I also added a Santa's hat to add that Christmas feel.
